She is survived by: her brother Henry Givens (Shirley) of California; her children, Jennifer Hawk (David) of Monroe, IN, Michelle Carter (Bradley) of Argos, IN and Shaun Busick (Cathleen) of Zionsville, IN.; and her grandchildren, Amber Patterson (Ryan), Mikell Kidwell, Michael Costello (Jessica), Robert Carter (Stephanie), Melissa Morley (Mark), Ryan Carter, Ben Carter, Josh Carter, Kristi Carter, Rebekah Carter and Andrew Busick.
