He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Anthony and Pauline Bush (Roberts). He is survived by: his wife Laraine; his children, Kara Salazar (Roger) and David Bush (Daniela); his grandchildren, Dylan, Alan Salazar, Sofia and Valentina Bush; and his brother Donald Bush (Claudia).
