He was predeceased by: his sister Ethel Picone; and also Allen Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his brother Robert Lewis of New Jersey; his daughters, Cathie Lewis of Zionsville and Pam Garrison of Windsor; his grandsons, Jason Lewis of Carmel and Aaron Lewis of Whitestown; and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Bennett, Griffin, Emmerson and Brooklyn.
