He was predeceased by: his parents, Birthal Hugh Smith and Fanny Everits Smith; and his sister Sandra Palazzolo. He is survived by: his wife Lisa J. Richardson of Lebanon, IN; his children, Erica Bolin (David), Dustin Smith and Tara Michels (John); his sisters, Alice Gunn and Ruthie O'Neil; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Adalyn, Aubrey Bolin, Luke, Mason, Reagan and Hannah Michels. He is also survived by 4 loving nieces, 7 nephews, and in laws.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville Funeral Center (105 W Pine St, Zionsville, IN 46077). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
