She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Perkins; her stepson James A. Perkins; and her sisters, Betty Jean and Marjorie Mae. She is survived by: her stepson Virgil Perkins (Kathy); her daughter-in-law Phyllis Perkins; her nephew Richard Jones (Margaret); and her grandchildren, Jeff Perkins, Julie Bejin, Karen Moore, Cindi McGinley and Brenda Schultz. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grand children.
