He was predeceased by: his sister Ora Mae; and his wife Sylvia Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Leesa Max Champion and Rossi Ann Champion; his grandchildren, Allie Mae Weimer (Jacob) and Scott Champion Imel; and his great grandchildren, Georgia Lee and Bennett Ray Weimer.
