She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Boyd Western and Alice Western (Randolph); her spouse Dale W. Andrews; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Andrews (Stewart). She is survived by: her children, David Paul Andrews of Indianapolis and Jill Pegram (Phil) of Carmel; and her grandson Alex Pegram.
