It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Kay Perry of Zionsville, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Gast and Ellen Gast; her daughter Jacqueline; her husband Deacon Timothy Perry; her son Jared Perry; and her siblings, Celeste Sholl (Mark) and Phil Gast (Kim) of Ft. Wayne. She is also survived by Numerous brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

The family has requested visitors to wear masks.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Permanent Diaconate fund of the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana, Catholic Relief Services, or for Masses for the repose of her soul.
