It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Schortinghuis (Zionsville, Indiana), born in Holland, Michigan, who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John Frieling and Marie Schortinghuis (Michmershuizen). He is survived by: his wife Janice Vahlkamp; his daughters, Sharon Amonett (Daniel) of Murfreesboro, TN, Diane Mills (Timothy) of Indianapolis and Carol Jensen (Frank) of Lebanon; and his sister Esther Bakker of Hull, IA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
