It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Leon Morgan of Zionsville, Indiana, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albertus 'Bert Morgan and Alma Mae Kinsey. He is survived by: his spouse Jeralyn Clydene Barker; his friends, Tony Zeller, Dave Lowe, CDs and Gershwin; his grandsons, Asher, Judah and Cape Kennedy; his sons, David Scott Morgan (Kelly) and Darin Kip Morgan (Maria) of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Christopher, Abigail, Zebulun, Dara, Levi, Reuben, Daniella, Dylan and Rebekah; his niece Kristen Hughes (O'Malley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Dylan and Kaiden of Vero Beach, FL.; his nephew Sean Michael O'Malley; and also Chad Hughes.

When his mother was in the nursing home with Alzheimer's Disease, he decided to record himself singing songs she would remember from her earlier life in the hope that she would remain more engaged and feel comforted.
