We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2020 we had to say goodbye to David Franklin Robbins Sr. of Zionsville, Indiana, born in North Salem, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verla Robbins and Juanita Robbins; and his siblings, Donald Robbins, Linda Wickland, Lois Tichner and Danny Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Keck; his children, Teresa Hussong (Todd), Paul Robbins (Trudy), Derek Robbins (Bridget) and David Robbins, Jr.; his adoptive daughter Patty Jones; and his siblings, Jack Robbins and Delores Robbins. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Even at the age of 81 and living with Parkinson's Disease, he loved his yard work and, in the winter, would clear the snow from his and his neighbor's properties. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations made in his memory to First Community Church, 701 N Lebanon St., Lebanon, IN 46052; Indiana Parkinson's Foundation, 14350 Mundy Dr, #600, Noblesville, IN 46060; or a charity of your choice.
