He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Finnegan and Betty Finnegan. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Boone Snodgrass; his daughters, Amber Nunes (Fabio) of Zionsville, IN and Molly Martinez (Manuel) of Richardson, TX; his grandchildren, Mateo Nunes, Cora and Hannah Martinez; his siblings, Don Finnegan (Susie) of Muncie and Kathy Halleck (Steve) of Indianapolis; and his nephews, Shane (Karen), Ryan Finnegan (Jessica), James (Anne), Brandon and Aaron Halleck. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
