He is survived by: his nephews, Frank, Robert and Joe; his siblings, Ricky Cook (Terri) of Providence Forge, Lewis Cook of Williamsburg and Betty Lester (Clinton) of Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Etta Sue Cook of Lynchburg Va and Buzz Mace of Williamsburg.
