Cynthia Lowes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Lowes of Zionsville, Indiana, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Salb and Lois Salb. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" C. Lowes, Jr.; her son William "Will" C. Lowes III; her sister-in-law Barbara Lowes; and her pets, Duke and Woodford. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
