He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Edwin Campbell, MD and Patricia A. Shue. He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel Lee Campbell (Tatyana), Timothy Taylor Campbell (Barbara) and Edwin Andrew Campbell (Sandy).

Donations in remembrance of Scott may be made to Indianapolis Indians Charities.
