He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Keith Mullinax and Maude Mullinax; his wife Linda Tolley; his sons, Charles Dean and Brian Mullinax (Laura); his grandchildren, Douglas Mullinax, Madison Wilson and Nicole Katt; and his great grandchildren, Alexander Katt, Olivia Katt, Karma Wilson and Hattie Wilson. He was also cherished by siblings, one brother and one sister.
