It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian D. Buzek of Zionsville, Indiana, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Clyde Buzek and Mildred Buzek; and his sister Sandi.
