She is survived by: her mother Sue Blazek; her stepfather Bob Blazek; her father Gary Minatel; her stepmother Nan Minatel; her daughter Hunter Sue; her siblings, Josh Minatel and Lindsay Minatel; and her stepsister Tiffany Conover. She is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew and a great aunt.
