He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sievers and Debbie Sievers. He is survived by: his wife Lauren Sievers (Fleck); his son Andrew Sievers (Abigail); his granddaughter Maeve Sievers; his daughter Suzannah Sievers; and his siblings, John Sievers (Angie), Dan Sievers (Donna), Joel Sievers (Leanne) and Julie Sievers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lions Club of Mahomet, Gleaners Food Bank of Indianapolis or Mahomet-Seymour Education Foundation, all organizations Andy felt strongly about.
