She was predeceased by: her husband Ervan Gwaltney (Gene); her parents, Roy Tepe and Audrey Tepe; and her siblings, Verlin Tepe and Faye Phelps.
She is survived by: her brother Bob Tepe; and her children, Galen (Donna), Jay (Kathy), David Gwaltney (Dody), Glenda Bryan (late Robin), Karen Andrew (Glenn) and Denise Bender (Tony). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, & numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
