He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Samuel Levinsohn and Rose Lipman Levinsohn. He is survived by: his wife Ann; and his children, Jim Levinsohn (Kirsten), John Levinsohn (April) and Jane Jex (Jeff). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Hamilton County Humane Society, Alzheimer's Association, or a charity of your choice, honoring Alan's memory and his love for animals and community support.
