She is survived by: her children, Phillip Junior Waters (Janie) of Muncie, Timothy Wayne Waters (Melanie) of Yorktown, Steven Lewis Waters (Traci) of Frankfort, KY, Delores Ann Wagers of London, KY, Paula Elaine Shannon of Somerset, KY and Crystal Dawn Hobbick (William) of Harrodsburg, KY; and her siblings, Glenna Carol Clark (Dillard) of McCreary County, KY, Roger Gale Hill of Anderson and Louie Randall Hill (Gay) of Wimauma, FL. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
