He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Clift and Onda Clift (Tharp); his grandson R. C. Burns; and his great grandchild Matthias Parkinson-Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Lovadawn Clift (Moistner); and his children, Kendala Parkinson (Mark) of Fort Wayne, Kerry Foster (Kathy) of Gaston, IN, Karva Davis (Larry) of Muncie and Teresa Horne of Yorktown. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
A private service will follow officiated by Rev. Mark Parkinson.
