He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter P. Richard and Ida Mae Richard (Morgan); and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Richard of Yorktown; his sons, Chris Richard (Elaine) of Jacksonville, FL and Tim Richard (Kelly) of Tekamah, NE; and his grandchildren, Christopher and Brittany. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
