He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Carpenter and Bernice Carpenter (Timmons). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Carpenter (Brown); his children, Stacey Hickman (Chris), Holly Brandon and Joe Carpenter (Emilie); his grandchildren, Jared, Jacob, Noah, Grace, Joel, Josephina, Julian, Frederik and Solomon; and his great grandchild Kalon.
