He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kay Vise; his granddaughter Megan Marie; his daughters, Karen Kay, Stacie Ann and Toni Kay; his husband Ryan Davis; his great grandchildren, Zoe Ann and Logan Paul Ryan; his siblings, Charles Vise, Norma West, Mary Hinds, Martha Parkinson and Donald Vise; and also, Pamela Jo and Julie Ann. He is also survived by friends and by his faithful companion.
