She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Beouy and Violet Beouy (Vise); her mother-in-law Sarah Belle Applegate; and her sister Barbara Miller. She is survived by: her husband Larry Applegate; her daughter Lynette; her son-in-law Doug Shott; her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Amy Applegate; her grandchildren, Drew Shott, Aaron Shott (Victoria), Aubreigh Applegate (Jacob Foster), Brandt Applegate and Addi Belle Applegate; and her great grandchildren, Jolie Foster and Ayda Foster.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Great Lakes Transport Fund in honor of Avonlea Miller, Patty's great niece.
