He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Dahl and Elizabeth Dahl; and his brother Charles "Chuck" Prewitt. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Prewitt (Toney); his daughters, Tracy Prewitt (Danny Goodlet) and Michelle Whitaker (Scott); his grandsons, Matthew Gamble, Steven Prewitt (Cheyenne) and Daniel Prewitt; his sisters, Betty Harness and Debbie Dattilo; and his adoptive daughters, Micah Keesling and Amber Piper. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
