She was predeceased by: her sister Margaret Stephenson. She is survived by: her children, Dale Stephenson (Judi) of Texas and Patti Osborne of Florida; her grandchildren, Tonia Wainscott (Jim) of Indiana, Michelle Jones (Shannon) of Kentucky, David Stephenson (Angie) of Indiana and Amber Stephenson of Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Austin Stephenson, Bailey Coleman, Abby Wainscott and Ashlynn Wainscott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
