She was predeceased by: her parents, James Donaldson and Anna Donaldson (Chilton); her husbands, Joe L. Williams and Lloyd Burk; her brothers, Eddie, John and Charles Donaldson; her stepbrother Berea Donaldson; her sisters, Kathleen Terry and Jean Williams; her son-in-law John Blackburn; and her granddaughter Angela Salyers.

She is survived by: her daughters, JoAnn Salyers (Bill) of Anderson, Bette Stanley of Anderson and Janet Blackburn of Anderson; her brothers, Leon Donaldson (Margaret) of Knoxville, TN and Alfred Donaldson of Streetsboro, OH; her grandchildren, Brad Salyers (April), Michael Salyers (Jeanie), Kellie Danforth (Kirk), Jamey Stanley (Nancy), Scott Blackburn (Amanda) and Joy Callison (Matt); her great grandchildren, Dylan Salyers (Brittany), Olivia, Jack, Luke Salyers, Katey Rivera (Aric), Clay, Kylah Stout, Rhys, Emme and Jace Blackburn; her great great grandchildren, Ripley and Holden Salyers; and her stepchildren, Bob Burk (Marcia) and Ann McQuade (Jeff). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
