He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen Garver (Canale); his children, Brett Garver (Laura), Laura Heckman and Bart Garver (DeAnn); his stepchildren, George Wimmer (Ami) and Jennifer Gustafson (John); his grandchildren, Belinda Shepherd (Dan), Benjamin Garver, Kalene Heckman, Melissa Eccles (Robbie), Kyler Heckman (Sarah), Emily Wimmer, Rachel Gustafson, Elizabeth Wimmer, Joseph Gustafson, Seth Gustafson and Jack Wimmer; his great grandchildren, Connor Shepherd, Sophia Garver, Ellamae Heckman, Cooper Eccles, Lucas Eccles, Hadlynn Heckman, Kinley Heckman and Elodie Fogle; his siblings, Charles Garver and Verda Stinson; his close friend Gene Engle; and his pet Wink. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
