We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2023, at the age of 88, John Jay Armstrong of Yorktown, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry O. Armstrong and Mary M. Armstrong (Russell); his children, Herbert Armstrong, Jim Armstrong, Juanita Armstrong, Janice Kem and Harry Armstrong; his significant other Virginia Mae (Brown); and his daughter SuEllen Lynette Fifield.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Carlin (Bill) of Muncie, IN, Shanna Hatton (Ronnie) of Muncie, IN, Mary West of Yorktown, IN and John Armstrong (Radovan Hajek). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
