She is survived by: her husband Robert "Butch" Hook; her sons, Robert Hook (Melissa) and Christopher Hook (Lindsey); her sisters, Jill Grohovsky (John) and Juliann Johnson; her grandchildren, Robby, Tyler, Ryan, Madelyn, Brock and Trenton; her nieces, Diane and Valerie; and her nephew Thomas.
