He was predeceased by: his father Frank Atkinson; and his grandparents, Gola, Irene Reed, Gordon and Virginia Atkinson.
He is survived by: his mother Myrna Atkinson; his sons, Josh Atkinson (Jamie Spearman) and Christopher Gage Atkinson; his brothers, Tim Atkinson and Todd Atkinson (Sharon); and his former wives, Kristy Atkinson and Melissa Atkinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Reed.
