He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Garrett and Nannie Garrett; his son Scott Garrett; and his brother Henry Lee Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Garrett; his sons, Dustin Garrett and Toby Garrett; his grandchildren, Kalib, Angela, Uriah, Marissa, Elizabeth and Nathan Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Emma Alspaugh, Theo, Owen, Jerry, Tracey and Katie Garrett.
