He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Cook-Luce and Marion Luce; his cousin Beverly Pershing of Anderson; and his parents-in-law, Elizabeth and Willis Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara Jilene Brown-Luce; his children, Amanda Barrows of Columbus, OH and Adam Hampton (Tricia) of Ft. Wayne; his granddaughters, Juliana and Savannah Hampton; his brother Tony; his sister-in-law Zonica Brown of Cicero; his niece Nicole Rector (Joe); his nephews, Nathan Brown (Tabitha) and Noah Brown (Lillian); his great-nephews, Zane Brown and Liam Brown; and his great-niece Noelle Brown. He is also survived by numerous friends and coworkers.
