She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Williams; and her siblings, Roland Manring and Nancy Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Larry Williams of Muncie, Marilyn Fite (Walt) of Grand Junction, CO and Martha Whitinger of Wauseon, OH; and her brother Donald Manring of Alexandria. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
