She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Caldwell (Tony Terry) of Yorktown and Lisa Cox; her stepchildren, Mark Perry of Muncie, Sonja Epperhart of Muncie and Jeanine Hiatt of Muncie; and her siblings, Mary Catherine Stark of Muncie, Jane Kramer, Thomas Folkner of Little Rock, AR and Larry Joe Folkner.
