She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Smallwood and Mary Smallwood (Butler); her sisters, Hazel Latham, Mary Rigg and Jane Bratton; and her grandson Christopher Dixon.
She is survived by: her spouse Bryce J. Leek; her children, Sandra Dixon (Mark) of Garland, NC, Rose Marie Richardson (Greg) of Gaston, Lita Koenig (Richard) of Cape Coral, FL and Jay Leek (Robin) of Huntington; her sister Dorothy Ligon of Mt. Carmel, IL; and her grandchildren, Renee Macrellis (James) of Garland, NC, Lukas Dixon of Garland, NC, Andrea Smith (Brian) of Yorktown, Greg Richardson (Sarah) of Gaston, Tony Johnson (Jessie) of Lebanon, TN, Todd Koenig (Michelle) of Cape Coral, FL, Heather Everhart (Scott) of Estero, FL, Bryce Leek of Huntington and Derek Leek (Samantha) of Huntington. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
