He was predeceased by: his parents, Hulen Clark and Ida Mae Clark; and his children, Preston Clark and Melissa Clark. He is survived by: his wife Velva Dean Clark (Godsey); his children, Loretta Cordle (Ralph), Tracie King (Paul), Floyd Clark and Tammie Lee (Bobby); and his brothers, Gilbert Clark (Glenna) and Dillard Clark (Carol). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
