He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Evans and Bobbie Evans (Starnes). He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Evans; his sons, Mitchel A. Evans (Sarah), Ryan L. Evans and Greg Ensign; and his brother Tim Evans (Karen). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
