She is survived by: her children, James Michael (Ulai), William David (Jackie Kirkpatrick), Laura Rene Ludington-Johnson (Kirkpatrick) of Worthington, Donald Rex (Lita Kirkpatrick) and Mary Theresa Albertson (Kirkpatrick) of Indianapolis; and her stepchildren, Pam Bernett (Reynolds) and Brad Reynolds. She is also survived by her children, step-children, several grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
