He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Fields; and his siblings, Richard Fields, Brenda Smith and Mary "Sis" Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughter Angie Fields of Worthington, IN; his brothers, Mike Sullivan (Cindy) of Bloomington, IN, Terry Sullivan (Janet) of Bloomington, IN and Ralph Sullivan (Bud) of Ellettsville, IN; his grandchildren, Tory Fields, Stormy Fields (Hunter Robbins), Allison Chapman (Darrion Chapman) and Hudson Fields (Dion Owens); and his great grandchildren, Aedryanna Fields-Myers and Dredyn Chapman.
