He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E Rush and Evelyn P Rush; his sister Laura; and his wife Tammy. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Trevor (Trina), Chance Thompson (Jaime) and Jaeni Lundy (John); his nieces, Rachel and Amanda Deckard; and his grandchildren, Xander McCutchen, Trefon, Triton, Raideyn, Brylee, Lenoxx and Wilder Thompson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Community Building of the Worthington Park (225 N Dayton St, Worthington, IN 47471).
