He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Townsend and Josephine Townsend (Ewbank); and his grandson Dalton Minnick. He is survived by: his wife Raye Ann Townsend; his son Matthew Minnick; his siblings, Gary Townsend, Terry Townsend (Debra) and Aldan Copeland (Ric); and his grandchildren, Adrianna, Luke and Sierra Minnick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
