He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Daniel Spencer and Elizabeth Helen Spencer (McClarren); his wife Betty Lou Spencer (Roudebush); and his brother Emil Spencer. He is survived by: his children, Lynne Spencer and Andy J. Spencer (Janell); and his grandsons, Seth Daniel Spencer (Katie) and Luke Andrew Spencer (Candice Walker). He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to Indiana State Guidelines and Covid 19 restrictions, services will be private.
