He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Richard Coulter and Shirley Lee Coulter (Holt); his brothers, Richard Coulter and Greg Coulter; and his brother-in-law Kenny Carrico.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce Coulter (Allen); his daughters, Cheryl Coulter (Doug Powell), Angela Dawn Richardson and Keelin Neshay Coulter; his grandchildren, Laikyn Dawn Richardson, Morgan Alexis Richardson, Warrik Tate Richardson and Ayla Marie Powell; and his siblings, Debby Carrico, Doug Coulter (Vicki) and Teresa Fiscus (Jerry White). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
