He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Faultless and Naomi L. Faultless (Calvert); and his siblings, Jahn, Joan Faultless, Drextle Newsom and Ron Faultless.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Faultless (Parker); his children, Michelle J. (Scott Hollars) and Andrew R. (Jennifer Faultless); and his grandchildren, Sara Faultless, Garrett Faultless, Gavin Faultless and Jase Faultless. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
