Fulk of Worthington, Indiana, born in Patricksburg, Indiana, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mayrose and Mary Mayrose (White); her husband Orville P. Fulk; her grandson Todd Fulford; and her siblings, Charles Mayrose, Clarence Mayrose, Emerson Mayrose, Florence Knust and Kathleen Hodson.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Fulford of Worthington; her granddaughters, Melissa Ferguson of Worthington and Shawna English (Kim) of Worthington; and her great grandchildren, Cassie Campbell, Eli Carpenter (Liz) and Samantha Carpenter.
