She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Norman and Clara Norman (Clark); her husband Floyd Harold Smith; her daughter Lori West; and her siblings, Beatrice Funk, Clark Norman and Forrest Norman.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Josh West (Gretchen) of Indianapolis and Ben West (Miranda) of Indianapolis; her stepsister Carol Ishell; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Summers.
